1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, games and other digital services (the "Services") operated by JAGGY BUNNET PRODUCTIONS LTD ("Jaggy Bunnet", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who We Are

Jaggy Bunnet is an independent Android studio incorporated in Scotland, United Kingdom, registered at C/O Edinburgh Hacklab, 1 Summerhall, Edinburgh EH9 1PL. We design, distribute and monetize Android apps and games.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that breaks an applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or network connected to the Services;
• Interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Services or their infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with our software except where the law expressly permits it;
• Use bots, scrapers or automated means to harvest content or data without our written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, logos and other content, are owned by Jaggy Bunnet or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Content

Our apps and sites may display advertising served by third-party partners and may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

6. User Submissions

If you send us ideas, feedback, pitches or other materials — including through our contact details or by email — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that material to operate and improve our business. Please do not send us confidential information you do not want us to use.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaggy Bunnet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Jaggy Bunnet harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or to protect the Services and other users.

11. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the revised version takes effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
